天府肉兔新品系选育核心群的组建

Establishment of Tianfu Meat Rabbit Nucleus Herds

摘要: 根据合成系育种原理,经正反试验,确定德国花巨兔(G♂)×加利福尼亚兔(C♀)→F1GC,比利时兔(B♂)×加利福尼亚兔(C♀)→F1BC;F1BC(♂)和F1GC(♀)中的黑色杂种一代为杂交亲本,F1BC(♂)×F1GC(♀)→F2BCGC,F2♂♀理想个体作为天府肉兔新品系的选育核心群。核心群基因来源及血统比例为:B占25%,G占25%,C占50%。基础群构成为43只公兔,142只母兔,其生产成绩:6月龄平均体重,公兔3170g,母兔3526g,产活仔数平均7.07只。

Abstract: According to breeding principles of synthetic strain, the cross-parents are defined to Belgium Rabbit(B), Germany Huge Rabbit(G) and California Rabbit(C) though cross experiment. The gene Components of nucleus herds are B 25%, G 25% and C 50%. Performance of the nucleus herds is that live litter size is 7.07, buck weight of 6-month is 3170g and female rabbit 3526g.
