脐橙果实有机酸代谢调控措施的初步研究

Study on the Regulation of Organic Acid Synthesize During Fruit Development of Navel Orange(Citrus sinesis Osbeck)

摘要: 以红桔砧10年生罗伯逊脐橙为试材,研究了HC-3和磷酸盐处理对果实发育过程中有机酸代谢中酶活性变化及有机酸含量的影响。结果表明:HC-3强烈地抑制柠檬酸合成酶(CS)活性,使果实中有机酸含量极显著降低,同时增加了果实中的总糖含量,因此在生产中具有推广应用价值。在盛花后10周喷施磷酸盐,也可显著降低有机酸含量。

Abstract: On the basis of applying Robertson Navel(madarin rootstock-ten years) as an testing material, the effects of HC-3 and phosphate on changing organic acid content in fruit and enzyme activities related to organic acid metabolize are studied. The results show that HC-3 inhibited CS activity of treated fruit, the organic acid content of fruit in treatment is lower than that in control. Besides, the sucrose content in fruit increases by HC-3 spray. So HC-3 is to be practically valuable. The content of organic acid decreases significantly also because of Phosphate sprayed in the 10th week after full blooming.
