白僵菌液体制剂的毒力研究

The Study on the Virulence of a Liquid Preparation of Beauveria Bassiana

摘要: 探讨了生理食盐、甘油对白僵菌液体制剂的保护作用,比较了球孢白僵菌粉剂及液体制剂对马尾松毛虫的毒力的差异,其结果显示液体保护剂以2%甘油较为理想,可在25℃下保存45~60d,液体表面不出现菌膜,萌发率未明显下降,而生理食盐不能起到有效的保护作用,以2%甘油作为保护剂的液体白僵菌和麦麸菌粉对松毛虫的致病速度、总僵死率无显著差异,均在9d时出现僵死,12d时达僵死高峰,进一步说明了应用白僵菌液剂的可能性。

Abstract: Preservative effects of two preservatives on the liquid preparation of Beauveria bassiana were also tested. The virulence of liquid preparation of B. bassiana to Dendrolimus Punctatus Walker was explored. The experiment shows that 2% glycerine(an ideal preservatative) preserves surface of liquid from appearing mycelial membrance, and maintains the high spore germination of B. bassiana for 45~60 days under 25℃ while physiological slat has no effective protection on the liquid preparation. The liquid preparation is the same as the powder of B. bassiana in both the pathogenetic rate and general death of Dendrolimus Punctatus Walker. The death of the insect by respectively spraying of two preparations all begins to appear in the 9th day, and then reaches peak in the 12th day. The result further illustrates the possibility of applying the liquid preparation of B. bassiana.
