玉米幼胚培养基因型间差异性分析初报

摘要: 本文对玉米自交系18(白)、1913及其杂交组合进行幼胚培养,调查其接种后胚膨大情况和脱分化出愈伤组织的情况,初步得到以下结果:胚膨大速率在接种后11d时达到高峰,杂交组合与亲本间膨大速率差异不显著;1913脱分化出胚性愈伤组织的百分数最高,18(白)最低,杂交组合居中。

Abstract: Two maize inbred lines-18(bai) and 1913 and their hybrid are cultured from immature embryos. The results show that the rate of enlarging, which is not significantly different among the three materials, rises to the top after eleven days. 1913 gains the most embryonic calli, 18(bai) gains the least and the hybrid is the secondary.
