The Initial Study on the Biogas Fermentation Conditions for Parenchyma Cell from Nonwood Plant Fiber

摘要: 采用L9(34)正交试验法,对影响杂细胞沼气发酵的基质浓度、发酵温度、添加剂三因素进行了初步研究。结果表明,基质浓度对发酵效果影响最大,其次是添加剂。发酵温度对发酵周期影响最大。以产气量和TS去除率为指标,结合生产实际情况,优选出最佳发酵条件是:基质浓度6%,中温(35℃)发酵,以碳铵为添加剂。

Abstract: The initial study was conducted on the mutual relationship of the factors as substrate concentration, additive and temperature by means of the L9(34) orthorhombic experimental method. The result shows that the substrate concentration effect on the fermentation is especially marked, then the additive. The temperature greatly affects the fermentation time. The proper conditions optimized for biogas fermentation of parenchyma cell are:6% substrate concentration, fermentation at 35℃ and ammonium bicarbonate as the additive as well.
