披碱草属、鹅观草属和猬草属模式种的形态学变异和酯酶同工酶分析

Comparison of Morphology and Esterase Isozyme Among Type Species of Elymus, Roegneria and Hystrix (Poaceae: Triticeae)

摘要: 比较了小麦族披碱草属、鹅观草属和猬草属3个属模式种的形态特征和幼叶酯酶同工酶差异。结果表明:Elymus sibiricusRoegneria caucasicaHystrix patula在形态上有明显差异,但3个模式种的部分形态性状存在交叉,单纯以形态特征很难完全反映它们的真实亲缘关系。酯酶同工酶在E. sibiricusR. caucasicaH. patula的种间有明显的变异,而在E. sibiricus的不同居群之间没有表现出差异。从其酶谱资料来看,H. patulaE. sibiricus之间的亲缘关系较近,而H. patulaR. caucasica之间及R. caucasicaE. sibiricus之间的亲缘关系稍远。

Abstract: Type species of three genera in Triticeae:Elymus L., Roegneria C. Koch, Hystrix Moench were used to analyse their differences in morphology and esterase isozyme. The results are as follows:With diversified morphology and overlapping character, E. sibiricus, R. caucasica and H. patula have intricata affinity. The isozyme band variance among E. sibiricus, R. caucasica and H. patula is distinct, while there exists little difference among the different accessions in E. sibiricus. According to the isozyme data, H. patula is closely related to E. sibiricus, while the relationship between H. patula, R. caucasica and that of R. caucasica and E. sibiricus is remote.
