摘要: 植酸酶是催化植酸及植酸盐水解成肌醇和无机磷酸盐的一类酶。本文综述了真菌植酸酶(EC 3.1.3.8) phyA基因的研究进展,主要包括:①phyA基因的分子生物学特点;②phyA基因组文库的构建;③phyA基因表达载体的构建;④phyA基因表达的调控;⑤phyA基因克隆及表达实例。

Abstract: Phytase are enzymes which catalyze the hydrolysis of phytic acid (or phytate) into myo-inositol and inorganic phyosphate. Phytase from microorganisms are mainly found in fungi. In this article, the authors outline the advances in the researches on the phyA gene of fungi. The aspects considered are:①Molecular biologic Characterizations of phyA gene; ②Construction of phyA gnomic bank; ③Construction of phyA gene express vector; ④Regulation of phyA gene expression; ⑤Examples of the cloning and expression of phyA gene.
