醋酸、高铜和磷脂作仔猪饲粮添加剂及其互作效应研究

The Effect of Acetic Acid,Copper and Phospholipid Supplementation on the Performance and Nutrient Digestibility of Early Weaned Piglet

摘要: 试验选用30±3日龄断奶的大约克夏仔猪66头(体重8.78±1.07kg),采用饱和D-最优回归试验设计,研究考查了不同水平的醋酸、高铜和磷脂对仔猪的生产性能、饲粮总能(GE)、干物质(DM)、粗蛋白(CP)、粗脂肪(EE)、粗纤维(CF)和钙(Ca)、总磷(TP)的表观消化率的影响。结果表明:醋酸明显改善日粮适口性,显著提高仔猪采食量(P<0.01)和饲粮纤维消化率(P<0.01),不影响脂肪消化,降低钙(Ca)、磷(P)的吸收率。醋酸与高铜、磷脂对脂肪的消化有正结合效应,与磷脂结合促进钙利用,降低仔猪采食量。醋酸和高铜、高铜和磷脂对提高仔猪生产性能有协同作用。高铜、磷脂明显促进脂肪消化(P<0.01);磷脂显著提高日粮纤维(CF)、钙(Ca)、磷(P)的消化率。醋酸有效用量不能低于0.5%,但高于2.0%对生产实际无益;铜添加125~250mg/kg均有效,但宜按前期(45日龄前)高(225~245mg/kg)、后期低(125mg/kg)水平添加;磷脂适宜添加量介于0.5%~1.0%之间。

Abstract: Sixty six Yorkshire piglets, weaned at age of 30 days with average weight of 8 78±1.07kg, were studied to investigate the effect of different level of acetic acid, copper and phospholipid supplementation on the performance and digestibilities of gross energy (GE), dry matter (DM), crude protein (CP), eather extract (EE), crude fiber (CF), calsium (Ca) and total phosphorus. Saturate D Superior Regression Object was employed. The results show that acetic acid significantly improves feed intake (FI) and dietary CF digestibility (P<0.01), decreases Ca and TP absorption, without effect on EE. But EE digestion is spurred by acetic acid plus high concentration copper (HC) or phospholipid. Together with phospholipid, acetic acid Ca utilization is stimulated, meanwile, FI is reduced. HC or phospholipid increase EE digestibility (P<0.01). HC plus acetic acid or phospholipid has co effect on piglet's performance. Digestibilities of CF, Ca and TP are improved with Phospholipid addition. The optimum additional levels are:acetic acid 0.5%~2.0%; phospholipid 0.5%~1.0%; copper 125~250mg/kg, if the addition level is changed according to age, before 45 days 225~245mg/kg and 125mg/kg after that age, the efficiency would be better.
