仔猪不同断奶日龄对肥育猪生产性能的影响研究

The Effect of Different Weaning Ages on Swine Production Traits

摘要: 在实际生产条件下,对仔猪进行了28、21、14日龄断奶的对比实验,其结果:在生长性状上,28日龄断奶猪在前期生长速度快于后者,达100kg体重日龄小于后者,达到显著水平(P<0.05);在胴体性状上,28日龄断奶猪胴体较长、后腿发达,但屠宰率较低,达到显著水平(P<0.05);在肉质性状上,21日龄断奶猪滴水损失较大,28日龄断奶猪肌内脂肪含量较高,达到显著水平(P<0.05);从经济效益上讲,其盈利情况为:21日龄断奶 > 28日龄断奶 > 14日龄断奶。说明:在目前生产条件下,进行严格的饲养管理,早于21日龄的超早期断奶是可行的。

Abstract: Under the practical production conditions, an experiment of weaning at 28 days, 21 days, and 14 days old were done. The results show:On growth traits, the group of weaning at 28 days old grow faster before 70 days old, and the days reach 100kg are fewer; On carcass traits, the carcass of 28 days weaning group is longer, ratio of ham to carcass is higher, but dressing percentage is lower than the other two groups. The difference is significant (P<0.05) on meat quality traits, the group of weaning at 21 days lost more water in meat, and the intramuscular fat of the group of weaning at 28 days is higher. From the economical point of view, weaning at 21 days is better than weaning at 28 days; weaning at 28 days is better than weaning at 14 days. A conclusion can be drawn that early weaning before 21 days old is practicable under the present production conditions if our feeding and husbandry are strict.
