水稻恢复系6180抗稻瘟病的基因分析

摘要: 采用"累积分布曲线法",用3个稻瘟病菌系接种鉴定,分析水稻恢复系6180抗稻瘟病的基因。结果表明,6180对B13、E3两个小种的抗性是由3对显性基因控制的;对B29小种的抗性是由2对显性基因控制的。

Abstract: By means of Cumulative Distribution Curve Method,three sets of F3 lines derived from the cross combination Lijiangxintuanheigu×Restore line 6180 were tested with three strains of Pyricularia oryzae.The results indicated that the resistance of Restore line 6180 to B13,E3 strains were controlled by three dominant genes,and the resistance to B29 strain was controlled by two dominant genes.
