淡紫拟青霉和厚壁轮枝霉防治南方根结线虫

摘要: 从寄生在番茄上的南方根结线虫(Meloidogyne incognita)卵中分离到的淡紫拟青霉(Paecilomyces lilacinus)和厚壁轮枝霉(Verticilium chlamydosporium)在室内、小区和大田试验中对南方根结线虫有防治效果,并能促进植物生长。

Abstract: The parasitic rates of Paecilomyces lilacinus, Verticillium chlamydosporium isolated from Meloidogyne incognita on the eggs of M. incognita were 90%, 85% in laboratory tests respectively. When a mixed preparation of the fungi P. lilacinus and V. chlamydosporium with meadow land was applied in the tomato plots and fields, it was found that the average growth leight of the tomato plants in the treated plots and fields were 20~35cm higher than that in non-treat control plots and fields, while root-knot index was 30~46% of those in the controls.
