超痕量钒的催化褪色测定研究

摘要: 基于在硫酸介质中,抗坏血酸存在下,钒对溴酸钾氧化结晶紫的催化褪色作用,建立了催化褪色法测定超痕量钒的新方法。该法线性范围5~80ng/25mL,灵敏度为2.0×10-10g/mL。方法用于水中钒的测定,结果满意。

Abstract: A Simple and sensitive catalytic discolored method has been developed for determining trace vanadium. It is based on the catalysis of V(Ⅴ) to discoloration of crystal violet oxidized with potassium bromate in diluted sulfuric acid medium in the presence of ascorbic acid, The linear range of determination is from 5 to 80ng/25mL V(Ⅴ). The sensitivity is 2×10-10 g/mL. This method is applied to the determination of trace vanadium in natural water with satisfactory result.
