STUDY ON THE DETECTION OF ANTIBODY TO DUCK PLAGUE VIRUS BY ENZYME-LINKED IMMUNOSORBENT ASSAY

摘要: 应用提纯的鸭瘟病毒作为包被抗原,建立了用于检测鸭瘟抗体的酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)间接法。试验结果表明,该法特异性高(与鸭病毒性肝炎等13种病的阳性血清不发生交叉反应),与血清中和试验的符合率为100%但其敏感性比血清中和试验至少要高1000倍,且重复性好,结果可靠,用于大批量样品的检测大约经6小时即可获得结果,是一种适合于血清流行病学调查、进出口鸭对鸭瘟的检疫和对鸭群进行免疫抗体水平检测的敏感、快速、准确性高、特异性强、重复性好且简便实用的方法。

Abstract: In this paper the study on the detection of antibody to Duck Plague Virus(DPV) by an indirect enzymelinked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) is reported. The results indicate that the ELISA has high specificity(no cross-reaction with the positive serum against other 13 diseases). The poitive rates of ELISA are the same as those of serum neutralization test(SNT) to the same positive serum samples, but the sensitivity of ELISA is at least 1000 times higher than that of SNT. The results of ELISA are stable and with good reproduction. The ELISA test could be done for about 6 hours. It is that the ELISA is a high specificity, good reproduction, rapd, sensitive, and accurate method for deteceing antibody to DPV. The ELISA can be used in serum epidemic survey and antibodies level in immunized ducks with vaccines.
