抗小鹅瘟异源高免血清的研制和应用

STUDY AND APPLICATION OF HIGH-IMMUNIZED SERUM FROM DIFFERENT ANIMAL SOURCE AGAINST GOSLING PLAGUE

摘要: 用小鹅瘟病毒弱毒抗原加福氏完全佐剂后,分二次皮内多点注射免疫山羊、奶山羊,皮下注射免疫黄牛,结合二次静脉注射免疫小鹅瘟强毒,用琼扩进行效价测定,可获得琼扩抗体平均效价为1:16-1:64的抗小鹅瘟高免血清。将制备的三种动物的高免血清混合稀释至琼扩效价1:4、1:8,分别用于预防免疫1-10日龄的雏鹅,获得保护率为90%和96.3%;用于治疗发病鹅群,治愈率达84%和92%。牛、羊抗小鹅瘟异源高免血清具有效价高、成本低、安全性好等优点。

Abstract: Attenuated Goose Parvovirus antigen added with Freund's Complete Adjuvant was used to immunized goats, milk goats with several spots intradermal, and immunized cattle with subcutaneous two times. Virulent Goose Parvovirus antigen was used to immunized goats, milk goats and cattle intravenous injection two times. High immunized serum with 1:16-1:64 Agar Precipitation antibody titers was getted. High immunized serum from goats, milk goats and cattle were compossed, and dilluted into 1:4 and 1:8, and injected 1-10 day-old young goose, which prevented rate were 90% and 96.3% separately. The sick goose with Gosling Plague were injected with 1:4 and 1:8 high immunized serum, and 84% and 92% goose could be cured separately. The high immunized serum has the advantage of high titers, low prices and security.
