水生蔬菜莼菜POD和Est同工酶特性研究

摘要: 通过对引种的莼菜不同器官、同一器官不同月份和不同栽植方式的过氧化物酶(POD)和酯酶(Est)同工酶分析表明,莼菜根、茎和叶片POD同工酶酶谱不同,老叶酶带最多,其次为幼叶和茎,根最少。5月、7月、9月的同工酶分析表明,莼菜叶片POD同工酶5月份最多,其次为7月,最少者为9月;而茎的POD同工酶7月最多,5月和9月较少。池栽和盆栽莼菜叶片POD同工酶酶谱相似,但池栽莼菜叶片POD同工酶多于盆栽,Est同工酶也有同样的趋势。由此表明,莼菜不同器官、同一器官不同发育期和不同栽植方式下POD和Est同工酶各异,这有利于莼菜适应不同的环境、气候和土壤条件。

Abstract: The analyses of POD and Est isoxzymes of Water shield showed that the POD isozyme patterns of roots, stems and leaves were different. POD isozyme bands of function leaves were the most. The bands of tender(young) leaves and stems were more than that of roots. The POD isozyme bands of the four organs were six, three, three and two, individually, In May, July and September's analyses, the most bands of POD isozymes of Water shield leaves happened in May, the second one was in July and the last one was in September. However, the most bands in stems showed in July, the bands in May was the same as those in September, and the POD isozymes of Water shield in May and in September were obviously different. The POD patterns of leaves under pond and pot culture were similar, but the bands under pond culture were one more than that under pot culture. The Est isozymes of leaves under the two cultures were similar, too- The bands of Est under Pond culture were three more than that under pot culture. The different benefits for Water shield to suit to various environment and each one does it's duty.
