优良外来种质“墨白94”在选育玉米自交系中利用方式的研究

摘要: 为研究更有效地利用外来种质以提高选育玉米优良自交系的效率,用玉米地方品种"青神",及其与外来种质墨西哥综合种"墨白94"组配的"青神×墨白",作为两套选系的基础材料,采用四种不同近交方式,按相同选系标准和同等选择强度进行四代的自交系选择。以所选系的表型值、一般配合力、表型值变异度和遗传变异度作为衡定其选优效率的指标。结果表明:所选系在大多数性状上都表现出基础材料与近交方式之间存在着显著的互作效应。"青神"材料所选系在近交方式上没有显著差异。而"青神×墨白"材料,连续自交的常规选系方式,对形态性状有较佳的选择改良效果,但对于经济性状却未达到预期的目的;适度近交能一定程度地改善这一结果。因此,注意选系材料与近交方式的合理配合,才能更有效地利用外来种质,提高选优效率。

Abstract: The inbred lines was developed according to 4 inbreeding procedures from local variety-"Qingshen White Cron" and the hybrid——"Qingshen×mexican White Synthetic 94" separeately, The 14 traits of the inbrde lines and their test hybrids were observed. And their phenotypic values, general combiming abitity, phenotypic and genetic variant degree were investigated in order to explore their officiency in developing elite inbred lines, The results show as follows:Is it more efficient to make use of local variety×extoic germplarm than the local variety alone when elite inbred lines are selected? That is not only to make choice of foundation material and their progenies, but also choice of inbreeding procedure. It is effective for morphotogical traits through adopting selffertilized, but is not for economic traits, however. The several mild inbreeding procedure made a change for the defect.
