应用双抗EIA检测奶牛发情周期中奶孕酮含量

MILK PROGESTERONS LEVELS DURING ESTRUS CYCLE IN DAIRY CATTLES AS MEASURED BY DOUBLE ANTIBODY EIA

摘要: 本试验应用双抗EIA测定了14头奶牛发情周期中奶孕酮浓度变化。结果表明:配种后1-5天奶中孕酮含量较低,小于3ng/mL,配种后6-10天,奶中孕酮含量逐渐上升(>3-<8ng/mL),配种后11天,奶孕酮含量迅速上升,并维持到配种后19天,奶孕酮含量超过8ng/mL,配种后20天,未孕牛奶孕酮开始下降,并在21天陡降到低水平(<1ng/mL),配种后21-24天,孕牛奶孕酮含量显著高于非孕牛(P<0.01)。本试验表明:双抗EIA灵敏度高,准确性和重复性好,具有实用价值。可用于奶牛早孕诊断。

Abstract: Milk progesterone levels were measured daily using double antibodyEIA during oestrous cycle in 14 dairy cows. The results show that milk progesterone levels were low from day 1 to day 5(<3ng/mL) after A, I., Progesterone levels rose gradually from day 6 to day 10(>3-<8ng/mL); an abrupt rise was observed on day 11 and was maintained through day 19(>8ng/mL); and progesterone levels began to decrease on day 20 and declined sharply to low level(<1ng/mL)on day 21. Milk progesterone levels in pregnant cows were significant higher than those of non-pregnant cows(P<0.01) during 21-24 days after A. I., It is concluded that the double antibody EIA has practical value for measurement of milk progesterone level and can be used for early pregnancy diagnosis in dairy cows.
