华山松疱锈病发病规律的研究

摘要: 华山松疱锈病的病菌系茶藨生柱锈菌(Cronartium ribicola J. C. Fischer ex Rabenhorst)的一个生态型或变型,具长循环型生活史。0、Ⅰ阶段生于华山松枝干皮层,分别于8-9月和次年3-6月出现;Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ阶段生于狭萼茶藨子,[Ribes glaciale wall var. Laeiniatum(Hook f. et. Thoms)Clarke]叶片,分别于5-8月和8-9月出现。病菌以多年生菌丝在华山松活体组织内越冬。孢子主要靠风力传播。完成浸染循环至少需要三年时间,并有侵染重叠现象。锈、夏孢子的散放期分别为60天和70天左右,散放高峰期分别为4月中旬至5月中旬和7月中旬至7月中旬。锈子器始见期的早迟和持续期的长短分别取决干上年11月至当年锈子器始见期及锈子器发生期>0℃的积温值,幼苗至35年生的华山松均可染病,以幼树受害最重。同一发病年度,林分病情的动态变化不明显,年间呈逐年增加。林分发病率(y)及感病指数(y')与林间狭萼茶藨子数量(x)呈显著正相关。扫描电镜观察显著,锈孢子突顶端平截与基部基本等径,具4-5个环纹。夏孢子表生锥形刺。

Abstract: Armand pine blister rust caused by Cronartium ribicola J. C. Fischer ex Rabenhorst was a serious disease, whose alternate host was Ribes glacial Wall var. laciniatum(Hook f. et Thoms) Clarke in Sichuan Province. The pycnia appeared in early September and the aecia came about from March to June in the following year. The uredia were found on the leaves of alternates from May to August, telia and basidiospore formed in later August. The aeciospore and urediospore could travel for distances of 100m and 50m, respectively. Mycelia beneath the canker bark of armand pine were perenial. It was observed that the disease incidence was highly correlative with the quantity of alternate host in the forest stand.
