摘要: 本文以四川盆地低山丘陵区68个县为对象,科学定义了最佳防护效益森林覆盖率的概念,系统探讨了相应的理论与方法,揭示了森林面积数量、内涵质量及空间分布格局的综合防护效应,并计算出各县最佳防护效益森林覆盖率,为持续发展林业,优化土地利用结构提供了科学依据。

Abstract: The concept, theory and method to establish the Forest coverage of the optimum forest protective effect(FCFP) are presented in this paper, the optimization of forest area, quality and space distribution will maxmize the forest protecting capacity(FPC), forest covering percentage(FCP) at maximum FPC is regarded as FCYP. The 68 counties of low montains and hills in Sichuan basin being tahen as an example, the FCFP to resist the largest erosion by local rainstorm in various forest qualities and distribution patterns is caclulated on the basis of daily maximum rainfull over the years and water-keeping capacity of soil respectively.
