川西南豌豆地方品种产量性状遗传差异研究

摘要: 对搜集于川西南12个县具代表性的50个豌豆地方品种9个产量性状进行了主成份分析和聚类分析。结果表明,前四个主成份对变异的贡献率达91.7%,供试品种主成份载荷均不理想,产量性状差。50个品种被分为六类,遗传距离的大小与品种的地理分布有一定关系,但无必然联系。

Abstract: The cluster analysis and the principal component analysis were performed for 9 yield characters of 50 local cultivars in southwest Sichuan. The contribution of four principal components to total variation of population studied rearched over 91.7%. Loads of principal components in tested cultivars were all poor. The 50 genotypes were grouped into six clusters by hierarchical clustering method, There were some but not direct connections between geographical distribution and D of genotypes.
