建昌鸭羽色遗传规律及杂交组合试验

摘要: 本文通过品系(种)杂交,对建昌鸭羽色的遗传规律和杂种优势进行了探讨。其结果表明:①建昌鸭白羽系由常染色体隐性基因决定,基因型为cc,该位点有隐性上位效应。黄麻羽系C_E_M,褐麻羽系C_F_MR,白胸黑羽系CCeem_B。黄麻、揭麻羽c、e基因粒率分别为0.1224、0.0959和0.0476、0.1682;②品系(种)杂交能显著提高建昌鸭肉用性能。大型肉鸭作父本的建昌鸭白羽杂交鸭以GW和TW组合最佳。尤其是GW组合,即天府肉鸭G♂×建昌白羽♀更佳。

Abstract: The experiment studied the inheritance of plumage color in Jianchang duck and vagor by wag of strains crosses. The results indicated that Jianchang white, genotype cc, is completely controlled by recessive white gene locus on automal chromosome which prossesses recessive epistasis-effect. The genotypes are C_E_M_, C_E_M'_and CCeeM'- for yellow plumage strain(Y strain), dark plumage strain(D strain) and white-breast black plumage strain(B strain)respectively. The gene frequency for recessive white gene(c), black-extended gene(E) of Y and D strains are obtained:0.1224, 0.0959 for Y and 0.0476, 0.1682 for D strain. Meat production of Jianchang can be siguificantly improved by way of its plumage strain and greattype meat drake. Especially, the combinations of bothGW and TW are best, GW(Tianfu drake×Jianchang white duck) is beter.
