鸭绒羽理化特性的研究

摘要: 本试验采用天建鸭、建昌鸭、四川麻鸭和天府肉鸭[每个品种(系)42只,公母各半]为材料。0-8周龄放牧补饲,9周龄开始舍饲。从7周龄开始采集各部位绒样,12周龄试验结束。本文分析了鸭品种(系)间绒羽理化特性的差异性,并描述了鸭7-12周龄绒羽含水率和含脂率的变化趋势,也分析了四个品种(系)绒羽理化特性随日龄增加的变化趋势。结果表明:①鸭绒羽理化特性存在品种(系)间的差异;②试验结束时,四个品种(系)绒羽含水率显著提高,而含脂率有所降低;③从9周龄开始,绒羽含水率的变化较小,而整个试验期绒羽含脂率差异不显著;④绒羽理化特性的相关分析中,透明度与含水率、含脂率和耗氧指数呈负相关,而含水率、含脂率和耗氧指数两两呈正相关。

Abstract: 42 heads(half male and halb female) from four breeds or strains of ducks were used to study the physical and chemical characters of their downs. The results show as follows:①There were differences of the physical and chemical characters of down in water fowls among breeds or strains; ②The percentage of water in downs changed little after the age of nine weeks in ducks. The fat content in downs varied little in the whole rearing period; ③There were positlve relationships among the water and fat content and the index of oxygen consume of downs in ducks, but the transparency to the water and fat content and the index of oxygen consume were negative.
