稻谷黑米种皮的遗传特性研究

摘要: 选用三个黑色种皮条本与五个白色种皮亲本杂交,运用六个群体组配设计,分析种皮黑色素在各世代的表现,结果:①F1种皮黑色素性状为不完全显性,显性度在组合之间有差异;②F1、黑色种皮亲本回交一代的变异系数2、白色种皮亲本回交一代;③广义遗传力和狭义遗传力呈极显著、显著或接近显著;④种皮黑色素沉积性状表现受一对显性色素基因控制,存在加性、显性和上位性效应。种皮色素由深黑至白色变化,呈数量性状表现,与色素基因的遗传有密切关系。种皮色素和谷粒色之间有一定的相关关系。本文从遗传理论上展示了选育高产、优质黑米新品种是可能的。

Abstract: Three varieties with dark pericarp were crossed with some non-pigment varieties. In accordance with the pairing design of six generations, the genetic behavior of the generation dark pericarp was analysed. The results indicated as follows: ①Dark pericarp was shown to be partially dominance in F1,but some difference was observed in the dominance degree between crosses; ②The cofficient of variation of F1 and dark pericarp backcrossing on generation2 and white pericarp backcrossing on generation; ③The estimate of broad heritability and horrow heritability was sighificant or close to sighificant;④The genetic behavior of dark pericarp was controlled by a pair of dominat pigment genes, and the effeat of the addition, dominance and epistasis existed,The change of pigment in pericarp from deep-dark to white was auantitative character, That was close with inheritanc of pigment genes. The dark pigment has some relation in pericarp between that in rice grain. The result indicates that it is possible to select high-Yielding, good quality the darkest pericarp new variety.
