杂交水稻亚种间重穗型组合选育——杂交水稻超高产育种的理论与实践

摘要: 从研究各类品种功能叶面积与植粒重的关系入手,确定培育亚种间重穗型组合的超高产育种路线及其技术关键,经将近十年的工作,培育出了一批大穗型不育系和广亲恢复系,组配出Ⅱ优6078等系列亚种间重穗型组合,五年试验示范表明,Ⅱ优6078在壮苗稀植栽培下,能比油化63增产15%以上。

Abstract: The super-high yield breeding methed of subspecific heavy ear typic combination and its key technique,were proposed via inspecting relationship between functional leaves area and ear or grain weight. In nearly 10 years, a set of large spikelet sterile lines and,wide-compatibitity restorer lines have been bred, and some heavy ear typic hybrid combinations suck as Ⅱ you6078 et al were breed. Trials of 5 years indicated that the Ⅱ you6078 could increase more than 15% yield to skanyou63 in the condition of space cropping.
