摘要: 本文就猪生长激素(PGH)基因的分离与克隆、结构与定位、多态性、体外表达及基因转移等方面进行了综述和讨论,并提出了PGH基因未来研宪的策略与方向。

Abstract: In order to grasp the general resarch achievements of the porcine growth hormone (PGH) gene last 10 years, the methods of isolating and cloning,its structure, localization, polymorphisms, in vitro expression and gene transfer have been reviewed and discussed in the paper. At last, the author suggests the research strategy and trends of PCH gene in the future.
