从现有小麦品种中筛选抗穗发芽变异的初步研究

摘要: 本研究对四个穗发芽抗性有差异的品种(品系)的成熟期穗发芽抗性和种子休眠性进行四年连续混合选择。其中宜宾白麦子的选择群体穗发芽率和A7429-7的选择群体的种子发芽率均较未选择群体低,并且达到显著水平。四个品种(系)的穗发芽率和种子发芽率的变异度均较原始群体增大,从变异的分布范围看,主要是由于发芽率的低值降低引起,其中宜宾白麦子的种子发芽率与穗发芽率和A7429-7的种子发芽率的变异增加达显著水平。而蓬安白麦子和永川白麦子无论种子休眠和穗发芽抗性的选择平均效应及其变异度均与原始群体无显著差异。研究结果表明,在一些稳定群体(品种和品系)中穗发芽抗性可以通过选择而得到改良,但这种选择改良不是对所有群体均有效。

Abstract: Pre-harvest sprouting and dormant character were mass-selected in four stable varieties of wheat which is markedly different in their sprouting for four years in 1988-1991,The certified result in 1992 showed: The sprouting resisance of "Yibing Baimaizi" and the dormance character of "A7429-7" were increased significantly in the selected populations over their initial population of themselves. The present paper suggests that the pre-harvest sprouting resistance can be advanced by way of selecting in certain cultivors, but it is not adapted to any given materials.
