木霉绿色粘帚霉和柑桔青绿霉分生孢子萌发条件的比较研究

摘要: 本文报告了三株木霉(Trichoderma harzianum T162; T. aureoviride T13; T. longibrachiatum T274)和一株绿色粘帚霉(Gliocladium virens)以及柑桔青霉(Penicillium italicum)和绿霉(P. digitatum)分生孢子萌发的比较研究结果。在柑桔皮汁滤液中,木霉菌株萌发的温度和绿色粘帚霉分生孢子萌发的温度,以25-35℃最好;而柑桔青绿霉分生孢子在10℃时萌发率为42.4%和37.3%;在高于40℃时仍有少量萌发。木霉和绿色粘帚霉分生孢子分别在pH4和pH5时萌发最好,柑桔青绿霉能在pH3的条件萌发,以pH5时萌发最佳。在15℃时,供试各菌在蒸馏水、自来,10%葡萄糖和10%土壤浸液中几乎不萌发;而在柑桔皮汁液中,除绿色粘帚霉外,其余各菌株的分生孢子均能萌发,尤其是柑桔青绿霉孢子萌发较好。

Abstract: In this article, effects of temperature, pH and several substrates on germination of conidia of Trichoderma spp. and Gliocladium virens as well as citrus blue and green mold pathogens were reported. And observations on the process of germination of conidia of T. harzianum, Penicillium italicum and P. digitatum were also made.
