稻瘟病菌(Pyricularia oryzae Cav.)侵染初期的组织病理学

THE HISTOPATHOLOGY OF THE EARLY STAGE INFECTION OF PYRICULARIA ORYZAE CAV

摘要: 本实验采用叶鞘接种法研究稻瘟病菌侵染初期的组织病理学。结果表明:在亲和或不亲和组合中,孢子萌发、附着胞形成无差异;但由孢子侵染产生的五种病理反应类型所占比例迥然不同,且发生病理反应的时间早迟不一。水稻叶鞘细胞颗粒化的出现。质壁分离能力的丧失和18小时细胞膜透性的变化与品种抗性呈正相关,96小时叶鞘细胞内菌丝伸长度平均值与叶片接种、苗期和穗期接种的抗性分级呈显著负相关。籼、粳稻在稻瘟病菌侵入后,细胞的反应有一定差异。

Abstract: Early infect Process of Pyricularia oryzae Cav.in the rice leaf-sheath of all compatible and incompatible combinations of races A14.B15.C15.G1 and cultivars of seven Chinese test hosts Miyang 46.8480.Minhui 63 and Jianglanxiangluo was compared.Rice had not expressed resistance before Pyricularia Opyzae penetrated.The time when the ability of plasmolysis and the permeability or the membrance of host cell changed and host cytoplasmic granulation apeared in incompatible combination was earlier than that in compatible one.These three indices and the average index of hyphae growth 96 hours after innoculation highly correlated with rice resistance.The histopathology of the early stage infection showed some difference among indica.japanica and glutinous rices.
