摘要: 本研究以湿筛法从土壤中分离VA菌根真菌孢子,并用显微微室培养法研究了它们的萌发条件和菌丝生长过程。结果表明:胡萝卜组织培养细胞液或其提取液及紫云英活体根在生长过程中的分泌物能刺激VA菌根孢子的萌发,其综合影响能提高VA菌根孢子的萌发率。

Abstract: This paper reports germination condition of sterile VAM fungi spores from soils and mycelial growth process on microtest plate recorded by micro-photography.The results show that cell sap or cell extracts from tissue cultures of Daucus carotarar sativa DC.and root secretion of growing plant (Astraggalus sinicus L.) stimulate germination of VAM fungi spores, respectively, and combined mixture increased the germination tate.
