论中长跑课余训练对大学生身心健康的作用

摘要: 本文以笔者多年的中长跑课余训练实践为依据,研究其对大学生身心健康的影响作用。训练中结合高校课余特点、规律与需要,把内容、方法、手段和身体、技术、能力训练以及思想教育,意志培养融为一体并贯穿始终,收到明显效果;结果表明中长跑训练对大学生增强体质、磨炼思想、提高学习成绩和促进身心协调发展均起到积极作用。希采取多形式、多渠道途径把高校课余训练推进一步。

Abstract: On the basis of the practice in many years, the author studied the influence of the training for the mid-long distance running after class upon the health of students' body-mind.In training, the author was all along adhering to merge not only the contents、methods and technique, but also the training for body abilities、cultivation of students' willpower and moral education into a single whole in the light of the training laws、characteristics after class and requirements, thus achieving good results.It showed that the training for the mid-long distance running after class played a positive role in strenthening students' constitutions、tempering their ideological willpower、improving themselves in studies and promoting the healthful and harmonious growth of their body-mind.It's expected to take different forms and various avenues to advance the training after class in universities to a new stage.
