大豆中胰蛋白酶抑制因子及其对猪生产性能的影响

摘要: 本文总结了存在于天然大豆中的胰蛋白酶抑制因子的种类及理化性质;讨论了用生全脂大豆饲喂生长肥育猪和繁殖母猪的效果,并说明采用合适的加热方法,加工后的大豆可以代替大豆饼作为断奶猪和生长肥育猪的唯一蛋白质来源。

Abstract: The article discussed the kinds and the physical and chemical properties of the pepsin inhibitors in natural soybeans. The effects of feeding growing-finishisig pigs and sows with raw full fat soybeans were also summed up. And by being processed with suitable heating methods, full fat soybeans can substitute for soybean meal in the diets of weanling piglets and growing finishing pigs.
