苹果无病毒和带病毒品种生理生化特性的研究初报

摘要: 苹果无病毒和带病毒品种光合特性和生长结果特性的初步研究表明,无病毒的光合产物输出量、总光合强度和产量明显高于带病毒品种,而叶片净光合强度则出现带病毒品种高于无病毒品种的趋势,在四个无病毒苹果品种中,74-42的光合强度景高,其次为红星和金冠,最低者为富士。果实矿质元素含量除Z_n外都偏低,其中仅C_a含量出现无病毒品种高于带病毒品仲的规律性。

Abstract: The studies of photosynthesis, growing and fruit-setting properties reveal initiatively that the photosynthesis output, the total photosynthesis strength and the fruit yield of virus-free apple varieties are significantly higher than virus-infected varieties. How ever, the net photosynthesis of virus-infectde varieties tend tobe higher than that of virus-free varieties. In four virus-free apple varieties, the photosynthesis strength of variety 74-42 is the highest and FuJi's photosynthesis strength is the lowest, and that of Red starking and Golden Delicious is between 74-42 and FuJi's. The Fe, Cu, Mn and Ca contents of fruits are lower than normal in this study, but the Zn content is much higher than normal. Only the Ca content reveals virus-free fruits higher than virus-inrected fruits.
