老年人羊奶粉的研究

摘要: 本文对使用羊奶作为生产老年奶粉的营养特点及配方和工艺进行了综合研究,结果表明山羊奶是生产老年奶粉的较佳基料,奶粉中蛋白质含量为31.40%;热量318.11千卡/100克;脂肪4.03%。每100克奶粉中添加植物油4-7克;铁5-7毫克;维生素A2000IU;B1和B2,0.7-0.8毫克;碳水化合物48.47克。同时通过八批试产估算了老年羊奶粉的生产成本和利润。

Abstract: The formula and Technology are studied in producing milkpowder for the aged with goatmilk. The goatmilk are found to be better raw material for producing milkpowder for the aged. The products are compared with full-fat milkpowder. The content of protin. fat. guantity of het of the goatmilk powder for the aged are 31.40%. 4.03%. and 318.11 kcal/100g. There are nutrient characteristics of low fat and guantity of heat and high protin. 50% daily nutrient allowance of the aged are satisfied with 100g the goatmilk powder, for the aged.
