氮肥水平对籼稻数量性状遗传力的影响

EFFECT OF NITROGEN LEVELS ON THE HERITABILITIES OF QUANTITATIVE CHARACTERS IN indicaRICE

摘要: 选取10个有代表性的籼稻品种,设置4个氮肥水平,用3次重复的裂区设计,研究了氮肥水平对籼稻数量性状遗传力的影响。结果表明:氮肥水平不仅影响一些重要性状的表现型,还影响它们的遗传力。遗传力对氮肥水平的响应度和响应模式因性状而异,遗传力与其对氮肥水平的响应度呈极显著负相关。随着氮肥水平的提高,株高、穗数和千粒重的遗传力有线性减小的趋势,而成穗率、籽粒产量和生物产量有线性增加的趋势。

Abstract: This paper is to investigate the relations of nitrogen levels to the heritabilities of quantitative characters in indicarice. Ten typical varieties were chosen, 4 nitrogen levels were establi shed, and the split-plot design with 3 replications was employed in this experiment. The results indicated that the heritabilities of some important characters, and the degrees and models of responses of heritabilities to nitrogen levels varied with the characters. The degrees of responses of heritabilities to nitrogen levels in growth duration, plant height, tillering capacity, filled spikelet number/panicle, 1000-grain weight and panicle number/palnt were relatively lower, but those in other 6 characters including grain yield/pland and biological yield/plant were relatively higher. With the increase of nitrogen level, the heritabilities of plant height, panicle number/plant and 1000-grain weighr decreased linearly. but the heritabilities of effective tiller percentage, grain yield/plant and biological yield/plant increased linearly.
