摘要: 兴津温州和华盛顿脐橙单果的呼吸强度从幼果至膨大期是急剧上升,而单位重量的呼吸强度则是幼果期最高,以后迅速下降。游离酸总量在果实膨大前期达最大值。果汁中可溶性固形物与总糖含量变化动态一致,到成熟前仍在持续上升。结果表明,在低温地区提高果实品质的途径,以增加果汁含糖量较降酸更为有效。

Abstract: From young fruit to its expanding period, the respiratory intensity of individual fruit of "Xing Jin" satsuma (Citrus unshiu Tanaka) and Navel Orang (C. Sinensis Osbeck) rises rapidly, while the highest respiratory intensity of fruit wight occurs during young fruit period. Thereafter the respiratory intensity dicline (s) rapidly. The amount of free acid reaches the highest value in early expanding period. The changes in contents of soluble solid matter and total sugar in fruit juice are paralell, and the contents rise steadly until the fruit is ripe. The result shows that, in low temperature area, raising the sugar content of juice is a more effective way to improve fruit quality than reducing the acidity of juice.
