柏木抗旱性与脯氨酸变化的关系

摘要: 试验结果表明,柏木较墨西哥柏抗旱,在相同土壤干旱条件下,柏木比墨西哥柏保持较多水分,并且柏木相对含水量下降的速度较后者慢;游离脯氨酸含量的变化具有阶段性;柏木的游离脯氨酸变化速度较墨西哥柏快;在评价游离脯氨酸变化与抗旱性的关系时,采用相对变化值和绝对值会得出不同结果。前者与柏木抗旱性呈正相关,而后者与之相反,故相对值表示游离脯氨酸变化较用绝对值可靠。

Abstract: Under soil water stress, the water content in the leaves of Mourning Cypress (Cupressus funebris Endl.) is higher than in those of portugnese Cypress (Cupressus lusitanica).Besides, the decreasing rate of relative water content in the former is slower than that in the latter. under drought condition, the accumulation of free proline content was also observed. Between these two cypress species, Mourning has a higher increasing rate than Portugnese, although the total proline content (absolute content) in Mouening is lower than that in Portugnese. The authors suggested that in comparison with the two in the drought resistance, it is better to use increasing rate and ralative content of free proline accumulation.
