水稻组织培养能力的遗传力和配合力分析

摘要: 用水稻4个不育系和4个恢复系配成不完全双列杂交进行种胚和幼穗培养,测定了愈伤组织诱导率和绿苗再生率。统计分析表明,基因型变异方差、配合力方差均达到极显著或显著水平,对配合力效应值和遗传力进行了估算。结果表明,水稻组织培养力是可遗传的,愈伤诱导率的基因作用方式以加性为主,绿苗再生率则以非加性为主。种胚与幼穗的愈伤组织发生受不同的基因控制,这可能与两种外植体的生理背景不同有关。

Abstract: Frequencies of callus formation and plantlet formation in rice seed embryo and immature inflorescence culture in vitro were examined in an incomplete diallel crosses from four steile lines and four restoring lines. The genotypic variance of general and specific combining abilities of callus indution and plantlet regeneration freqencies were significant. The combining ability effects and heritability were estimated. The analysis showed that the rice tissue culture ability in both explants Were inheritabie, the additive component of genetic variance was principal in callus induction, but the controlgenes wire different in these two explants; thenon-additive gene effects were predominant in plantlet differentiation. It indicates that gain from selection for high culture ability varieties should bepossible, paying attention to both genotypes and explants.
