摘要: 本文改进了动植物中残留的五氯酚钠(Sodiun Pentachlorophenol,PCP-Na)的快速测定法。简化了样品处理,可得无色透明溶液。根据五氯酚钠在PH 9-10时能与藏红花试剂-T(Safranin-T)的缓冲液形成桃红色络合物,可用72-1型分光光度计测定。本方法的优点在于排除了色素干扰,不需要特殊设备和仪器。经过对被五氯酚钠污染的土壤、水、蔬菜、水果、粮食、肉、蛋、奶等的测定,样品回收率达89-98%。

Abstract: In this paper, a method was proposed for quick detection of surviving amount of Sodium Pentachlorophenol (PCP-Na) in animals and plants. The sample treatment was improved and simplified, and thus the colorless and transparent solution can be made. As it can react with buffer solution of Safranin-T at PH=9-10 and form a pink-colored complex compound, PCP-Na can be detected easily by means of type 72-1 or type 72 spectrophotometer. Furthermore, the method is convenient as it gets rid of the influence of pigments and does not need special, equipment. By the detection of PCP-Napolluted soil, water, vegetable, fruit, rice, meat, egg, and milk etc, the retrieving rates amount to 89 to 98 percent.
