玉米若干农艺性状的基因效应与种植密度互作的研究初报

PRELIMINARY STUDY ON INTERACTIONS BETWEEN GENE EFFECTS AND PLANT DENSITY FOR TEN AGRONOMIC TRAITS IN MAIZE

摘要: 本文用世代均数法分析了两个玉米组合的各类基因效应与种植密度的互作。结果表明,加性、显性和三类上位性基因效应与环境的互作存在于两个组合的绝大多数性状中;在五个互作分量中以g(h)j对性状表型值的影响最大g(l)j的影响次之,g(d)j的影响最小。G(i)j是构成纯系表型值中GE互作部份的主要成份。G(j)j在性状和组合间变化很大,一般来说g(h)j、g(i)j和g(l)j与ej呈线性关系。G(j)j和g(d)j在本试验中与ej一般无线性关系;g(h)j与g(l)j呈显著负相关,在g(h)j不显著或显著程度不高时,g(d)j与gj(j)j也呈显著负关相。G(h)j与g(l)j之间密切的负相关关系,很可能是单交种"个体缓冲性"的一种内在机制。

Abstract: Generation means analyses were used in the study of interaction between gene effects and plant density for ten traits on ears in two crosses from 4 inbred lines of maize (The interactions of all gene effects and plant density were found in great majority of traits. The influence of interaction effect ghj on phenotype values was maximum, the glj and gij intermediate, and gdj minimum. The change of gjj was great among traits and crosses. significant negative correlation between ghj and glj was found in all traits of two crosses under study. This makes it possible to obtain hybrids with tess GE interaction even if both kinds of interaction effects are great. ghj and gii, gli in opposition to gdj and gjj, were linearly related to ej in general.
