异色瓢虫对枫杨刻蚜的捕食功能反应

Predation response of Harmonia axyridis against Kurisakia onigurumi

摘要: 摘要:测定了各龄异色瓢虫在不同枫杨刻蚜密度下的捕食量,采用HollongⅡ圆盘方程和HollingⅢ新模型方程评价在不同枫杨刻蚜密度下异色瓢虫捕食能力的大小。结果表明:异色瓢虫对枫杨刻蚜的捕食能力表现为异色瓢虫成虫>4龄幼虫>3龄幼虫>2龄幼虫>1龄幼虫。异色瓢虫成虫的捕食功能反应a'/T_h值高达568.57,4龄的a'/T_h值为539.84,3龄的a'/T_h值为292.12,2龄的a'/T_h值为101.63,1龄的a'/T_h值为19.70;4龄幼虫对枫杨刻蚜的最佳寻找密度最大,达到93.48头,其后依次为成虫>3龄幼虫>2龄幼虫>1龄幼虫。异色瓢虫4龄幼虫与成虫对枫杨刻蚜的捕食能力较强;异色瓢虫对枫杨刻蚜的寻找效应随枫杨刻蚜密度的增大而减小。本研究结果为利用枫杨刻蚜饲养异色瓢虫提供了依据。

Abstract: Abstract:In order to make clear predation ability of Harmonia axyridis against different aphid density. Determine the predation number of Harmonia axyridisat different ages under different density of Kurisakia onigurumi. Use 2 different types model equation to match the predation number.The relationship between the predator - prey ability of Harmonia axyridis to Kurisakia onigurumiis adults>4thinstar larvae >3rdinstar larvae >2ndinstar larvae >1stinstar larvae.The value of a'/T_hof adult is as high as 568.57;the value of a'/T_h of4thinstar larvae is 539.84;the value of a'/T_hof 3rdinstar larvae is 292.12,the value of a'/T_hof 2ndinstar larvae is 93.48,the value of a'/T_hof 1stinstar larvae is 19.70.The best finding density of the 1stinstar larvae of Kurisakia onigurumi was 93.48,followed by adult>3rdinstar larvae>2ndinstar larvae>1stinstar larvae. The predator-prey ability of the 4th instar larvae and adults to Kurisakia onigurumi was strong.The search effect of Harmonia axyridis on the density of Kurisakia onigurumi was decreased with the increase of density of Kurisakia onigurumi.
