水稻品种再生力特性的遗传研究初报

A PRELIMINARY STUDY ON THE HEREDITY OF THE RATOONING POWER IN RICE VARIETIES(O.Stativa.Subsp.Sien “or indica”)

摘要: 本文选用具有再生力的早籼品种:蜀丰一号-11,中籼品种:太国稻选,和没有再生力的早籼品种:矮南早,组配成蜀丰一号-11×太国稻选,矮南早×太国稻选,正正交F1、F2、B1、B2,反交F1'、F2'、B1'、B2'。试验结果:第一、在蜀丰一号-11×太国稻选组合内,观察到,在提高单株再生力方面,太国稻选的胞质具有明显的效应,即F1'> F1,F2'> F2,B1'> B1,B2'> B2;第二,观察到质、核互作的一些趋势,在矮南早×太国稻选正反交各世代呈B2> F2> B1,B2'> F2'> B1',在蜀丰一号-11×太国稻选正反交各世代呈B2> F2 <B1,B2> F2'> B1'说明在F1 (或F1')基础上增加太国稻选核成份均有提高再生力效应,而增加矮南早核成份,则有明显降低再生力效应,但增加蜀丰一号-11核成份,则增减再生力效应都不显著;第三、试算再生力特性遗传基因效应结果,蜀丰一号-11×太国稻选的加性、显性、加性×加性均呈极显著正效应,加性×显性则呈极显著负效应。矮南早×太国稻选的加性呈极显著效应。#br#上述结果,为选育再生力强的新品种展示了极有希望的前景,也极有希望培育具有再生力强的杂交水稻。但正确选配亲本及适当组配方式,具有突出的意义。

Abstract: This paper deals with the ratooning power of the reciprocal crosses of Shu-fon No.1-11 with Tai-Guo-Dao-Xuan, and Ai-Nan-Zao with Tai-Guo-Dao-Xuan. It has been shown that where the Shu-fon No.1-11 is an early Sieny Variety and the Tai-Guo-Dao-Xuan is a medium one they have a stronger ratooning power; but Ai-Nan-Zao is an early sien without the ratooning power.#br#The following results have been obtained. First, it was found that TaiGuo-Dao-Xuan's cytoplasm had a distinct effect on enhancing the ratooning power of a single plant in those crosses of the Shu-fon No.1 with the Tai-Guo-Dao-Xuan. Second, some tendency of the interaction between the cytoplasm and the nucleus was observed. This indicated that ratooning power of their progeny would be enhanced when the base on F1(or F1')was added with the element of Tai-Guo-Dao-Xuan's nucleus; but when it was added with one of Ai-Nan-Zao's, their progeny's ratooning power would be decreased obviously; and when it was added with one of Shu-fon No.1-11s, the ratooning power of theirs didn't show any significant increase or decrease. Third, the effect of genetical genes was calculated for a try. The cross of the Shu-fon No.1-11 with Tai-Guo-Dao-Xuan showed that the addition dominance and the interaction among those additions displayed a very significant positive effect, whils the interaction between the addition and the dominance-was a very significant negative one. But in the cross of Ai-Nan-Zao with Tai-Guo-Dao-Xuan, the addition is only a very significant effect.
