不同产地丹参种子形态及萌发特性的研究

Morphological and Germination Characteristics of Salvia miltiorrhiza Seeds of Different Habitats

摘要: 【目的】对不同产地丹参种子形态特征进行比较,以期为丹参种源鉴定提供参考,为了解不同产地丹参在干旱胁迫下的种子萌发特性。【方法】利用扫描电子显微镜观察5个产地丹参种子的显微形态及表面特征并进行比较。用5%~20%聚乙二醇溶液处理不同产地丹参种子,对种子发芽势、发芽率进行测定。【结果】不同种源丹参种子在外形和纹饰类型上基本一致,长宽比和纹饰网眼边长存在差异。不同丹参种子在不同浓度的聚乙二醇处理下发芽率和发芽势均受到影响。【结论】丹参种子长宽比和纹饰网眼边长可作为种植来源的鉴定依据。低浓度的PEG处理对促进丹参种子种子萌发和保证出苗一致有一定作用。

Abstract: 【Objective】 The aim of study was to provide a scientific basis for identification of S.miltiorrhiza by comparing seed morphological parameters of different habitats. In addition, the germination of S.miltiorrhiza seeds of different habitats under drought stress were investigated in order to understand germination characteristics of S.miltiorrhiza seed. 【Method】 The microscopic morphology and surface sculpture of S.miltiorrhiza seeds of 5 habitats were analyzed using scanning electron microscopy. The seeds of S.miltiorrhiza were treated with 5%-20% polyethylene glycol and then germination force and rate were measured. 【Results】 There were no obvious differences in external form and surface sculpture between the S.miltiorrhiza seeds from different habitats but significant differences were detected in the ratio of length to width and mesh side length. Drought stress affected the germination rate and force of S.miltiorrhiza seeds of different habitats. 【Conclusion】 The ratio of length to width and mesh side length can be used for indentification of S.miltiorrhiza seed. Moreover, 5% and 10% polyethylene glycol were efficient for germination and sprouting of S.miltiorrhiza
