评定全脂米糠的肉鸭净能值的研究

Evaluating Net Energy of Full-fat Rice Bran for Ducks

摘要: 【目的】本研究旨在评定不同来源全脂米糠在北京鸭上的净能(NE)值,并分析NE值与其化学成分的相关、回归关系。【试验方法】试验采用析因法,将全脂米糠替代饲粮的NE分为维持净能(NEm)与生产净能(NEp)分别测定。选取体况相近的7日龄北京鸭(公母各半)320只,试验初随机选取20只肉鸭测定初始能值再选取50只肉鸭测定NEm,设自由采食、限饲20%、40%、60%、80%等5个处理组;剩余250只肉鸭测定NEp,设基础组和不同全脂米糠替代组。【结果】 1)北京鸭的禁食产热(FHP)为545.38 KJ/(kg0.75?d);2)全脂米糠替代饲粮提供给北京鸭的NEm为(2.26±0.05)MJ/kg,NEp为(6.19±0.12)MJ/kg,全脂米糠替代饲粮在肉鸭上的NE为(8.45±0.13)MJ/kg;3)根据套算法得到:全脂米糠在北京鸭上的NE为(8.39±0.65)MJ/kg,AME为(12.40±0.59)MJ/kg,AME转化为NE的效率为(67.62±3.39)%;4)基于全脂米糠化学成分与NE建立的预测模型,其中NE=3.378+0.116EE-0.055NDF+0.396AME-0.037ADF(R2=0.961,RSD=0.141 MJ/kg,P<0.05)的拟合度最高。【结论】结果表明不同来源的全脂米糠在肉鸭上的净能值有较大差异,NE含量与其化学成分有较强的相关和回归关系。

Abstract: 【Objective】The purpose of this study was to evaluate the net energy (NE) of full-fat rice bran from different sources for Pekin ducks, and to analyze the related relationship and regression relationship between NE and chemical composition of full-fat rice bran.【Method】320 Pekin ducks with similar body conditions were used in this experiment, and preliminary slaughter 20 meat ducks were used as the initial depositional group. 50 meet ducks were used for NEm determination, which were divided into five treatments including free intake, feed restriction 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%. The remaining 250 meet ducks were used to measure NEp, and they were divided into the basic group and the rice bran substitution diet groups. the NE value combine with chemical composition of rice bran were correlation analyzed and stepwise regression analyzed, finally the prediction model was established. 【Results】 1) fast heat production (FHP) of Pekin ducks was 545.38 KJ/(kg0.75?d). 2) The NEm and NEp of rice bran substitution diet were (2.26±0.05) MJ/kg and (6.19±0.12) MJ/kg respectively, and the NE of rice bran substitution diet was (8.45± 0.13) MJ/kg. 3) According to the substitution method, the NE was (8.39±0.65) MJ/kg, which was provided to Pekin ducks by full-fat rice bran. AME was (12.40±0.59) MJ/kg, and AME was converted to NE (67.62±3.39) %.4) The NE prediction model was established through the chemical composition of rice bran, and the prediction model with the highest fitting degree was NE = 3.378 + 0.116 EE - 0.055 NDF + 0.396 AME - 0.037 ADF (R2=0.961, RSD= 0.141 MJ/kg, P < 0.05). 【Conclusion】The results of this study show that the net energy value of full-fat rice bran from different sources for ducks exist obvious difference. It is a strong correlation relationship and regression relationship between NE and chemical composition of full-fat rice bran.
