四川省2011-2015年审定水稻迟熟品种农艺与米质性状分析

Correlation Analysis between Major Agronomic and Grain Quality Traits for Late Group Rice Varieties Registered in Sichuan Province from 2011 to 2015

摘要: 【目的】为了解四川省近几年育成水稻品种的基本特点。【方法】对2011—2015年四川省审定水稻中籼迟熟品种的农艺和米质性状进行了简单相关和典范相关分析,并将优质与普通品种进行了比较分析。【结果】①产量构成3因素穗粒数、有效穗和千粒重以及3大米质性状垩白粒率、垩白度和直链淀粉的变异系数均较大,变异系数分别为6.73%、5.71%、5.36%、44.43%、53.09%和21.69%;②普通与优质品种间的主要差别体现在垩白粒率、垩白度、直链淀粉含量这3个米质性状上,其差异度分别是:垩白粒率67.16%、垩白度68.57%和直链淀粉含量19.51%;③产量及构成因素与米质性状的相关关系较为紧密,在64组相关关系中,分别有5组和7组的相关系数达到显著和极显著水平。达到极显著水平的7组相关关系是有效穗与长宽比、株高与长宽比、千粒重与垩白度、千粒重与垩白粒率、穗粒数与长宽比、产量与垩白粒率以及产量与蛋白质含量, 其相关系数分别为0.468、-0.3744、0.3611、0.3398、-0.3391、0.3337和0.3124;④农艺与米质两组性状间的典范相关分析表明,有3组典范相关变量达到显著(典范相关系数0.6323)或极显著水平(0.7356和0.7159)。【结论】产量、结实率、生育期、千粒重和穗粒数以及垩白度、直链淀粉含量、垩白粒率、长宽比和整精米率是四川近年来审定水稻品种农艺和品质性状间的主要关联性因子,是四川水稻优质育种的主攻性状。

Abstract: 【Objective】The objective of present study was to understand the basic characteristics of rice varieties approved in Sichuan province in recent years. 【Method】We used simple and canonical correlation analysis to study the agronomic and quality traits of late-maturity indica hybrid rice varieties approved in Sichuan province from 2011 to 2015. Meanwhile, a comparison between the high-quality varieties and common varieties was made in order to reveal their difference.【Results】①The results showed that the three yield component traits, namley number of grains per panicle(NGP), number of panicles per plant(NPP) and 1000-grain weight(KGW), and the three rice-quality related traits including percentage of grain chalkiness (PGWC), chalky grain grade (CGG), and amylose content (AC) showed larger coefficient of variation than other traits. The variation coefficients for NGP, NPP, KGW, PGWC, CGG, and AC were 6.73%, 5.71%, 5.36%,44.43%, 53.09%, and 21.69%, respectively. ②The main differences between common and high-quality varieties were found in PGWC, CGG, and AC, and the difference degrees between two rice groups were 67.16%, 68.57%, and 19.51% for PGWC, CGG, and AC, respectively. ③ The yield and its component traits are closely related to rice quality traits. Among the 64 correlation coefficients, 5 and 7 coefficients were significant at P values 0.05 and 0.01 levels,respectively. The five pairs of extremely significant correlation coefficients were occurred between NGP and grain length-width ratio(GLWR), plant height and GLWR, KGW and CGG, KGW and PGWC, NGP and GLWR, yield and PGWC, and yield and protein content with the coefficients of 0.468, -0.3744, 0.3611, 0.3398, -0.3391, 0.3337, and 0.3124, respectively. ④The canonical correlation analysis between two groups of agronomic characters and quality traits suggested that three sets of canonical interrelated coefficients reach the significant levels at 0.05 (correlation coefficients 0.6323) and 0.01 (0.7356, and 0.7159), respectively. 【Conclusion】 Grain yield, seed setting rate, growth period, KGW, and NGW and CGG, AC, PGWC, GLWR, and head rice rate are the main correlation factors between agronomic traits and quality traits of rice varieties approved in Sichuan in recent years. We should paid more attention to these desirable traits for rice quality breeding in Sichuan province.
