大口黑鲈消化道组织结构及黏液细胞的类型和分布

Histological Structure of Digestive Tract and Types and Distribution of Mucous Cells in Largemouth Bass (Micropterus samoides)

摘要: 摘要:【目的】为进一步开展大口黑鲈(Micropterus samoides)消化系统组织学和消化生理学研究提供基础资料。【方法】 采用常规石蜡组织切片,苏木精-伊红(H.E)及阿利新蓝-过碘酸雪芙(AB-PAS)的染色方法,对大口黑鲈消化道的组成结构及黏液细胞的类型、分布及数量进行研究。【结果】大口黑鲈的消化道由口咽腔、食道、胃、幽门盲囊和肠道组成,管壁分为黏膜层、黏膜下层、肌层和外膜,且通过统计肠道和幽门盲囊的直径、皱襞数目、皱襞高度和肌层厚度,发现从前至后管道直径和皱襞数目显著减小(P < 0.05)。大口黑鲈消化道各个部位均有黏液细胞分布,黏液细胞主要分布在上皮组织中,且整个消化道除胃外(仅含有Ⅰ型)均含有Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ型的黏液细胞,食道和前肠中Ⅲ型黏液细胞数量最多,而口咽腔、中肠和后肠,则Ⅳ型黏液细胞数量最多。【结论】大口黑鲈的消化道不同部位组织结构不同,黏液细胞的分布,类型及数量也存在差异。

Abstract: Abstract[摘要请按中文修改]:【Objective】 The results can provide useful direction for further histology research of the digestive system and further analysis of digestion physiology in largemouth bass (Micropterus samoides). 【Method】The method of routine paraffin tissue section, hematoxylin-eosin (H.E) and Alcian blue-periodie acid Schiff (AB-PAS) staining were useed in this study. The histological structure of digestive tract of largemouth bass and types and distribution of mucous cells were studied 【Results】The results showed that the digestive tract were composed of oral-pharyngeal cavity, esophagus, stomach, pyloric caeca and intestine. From the front to the rear section, the diameter and number of duplicatures in pyloric caeca and intestine decrease significantly (P<0.05) by counting the diameter, number and heights of duplicatures and muscular thickness. Mucous cells were mainly distributed in the epithelial tissue and the typeⅠ,Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ mucous cells were observed in the whole digestive tract. Type Ⅲ mucous cells were in the majority of the esophagus and intestine; type Ⅳ mucous cells were most in the oral-pharyngeal cavity, midgut and hindgut; stomach only had typeⅠ mucous cells specially.【Conclusion】The characteristics of mucous epithelium and mucous cells showed differences in different positions.Mucous cells were distributed in each section of digestive tract and there were differences in the types and numbers of mucous cells in different parts .
