川红柴1号侧根发育过程及影响因素研究

摘要: 摘要:【研究目的】探究川红柴1号侧根发育过程及影响侧根发育因素。【方法】利用体视显微镜和荧光倒置显微镜观察侧根原基发育动态图,及添加不同浓度生长调节物质后进行根系参数测定。【结果】川红柴1号侧根原基起始于中柱鞘细胞;施加0.01 μmol/LIAA和1 μmol/LCa2+浓度均大化促进川红柴1号根系发育,浓度过高则抑制侧根发育;施加0.1 μmol/LTIBA极显著促进柴胡根系发育,浓度过高则起抑制作用;EDTA对柴胡根系主要起抑制作用。【结论】此研究方法对药用植物栽培及育种工作具有重大意义。

Abstract: [Abstract] 【Objective】 To explore the lateral root development process and influence factors in Bupleurum scorzonerifolium Willd..【Methods】The dynamic growth of lateral root primordium development was observed by applying stereoscopic microscope and light microscopy. In addition, treatments with different concentrations IAA, TIBA, Ca2+, and EDTA were set up to analyse their influence on lateral root development. 【Results】 The lateral root primordium of “Chuanhongchai No.1” (Bupleurum scorzonerifolium Willd.) originated the pericycle cells. 0.01 μmol/L IAA and 1 μmol/L Ca2+ greatly promoted the development of lateral root, but its high concentrations inhibited lateral root emergence. 0.1 μmol/L TIBA also greatly promoted the development of lateral root, but its high concentrations inhibited lateral root emergence. The formation of lateral roots mostly inhibited by EDTA. 【Conclusion】This research method is very important to medicinal plant cultivation and breeding.
