粉状饲料中小麦粉碎粒度对肉鸡生产性能、消化器官发育和肠道健康的影响

Effects of wheat grain particle size on performance, digestive organ development and intestinal healthy of broilers in meal diets

摘要: 【目的】本试验旨在研究粉状饲料中不同小麦粉碎粒度对肉鸡生产性能、消化器官发育及肠道健康的影响。【方法】试验选用385只1日龄健康AA肉公鸡,分为5个处理,小麦分别通过2、4、6、8、10mm五种孔径的筛片粉碎成5种粉碎粒度,每个处理7个重复,每个重复11只鸡。试验饲粮为小麦-豆粕型。试验期42d,分1~21d和22~42d两阶段。【结果】结果表明:小麦粉碎粒度对肉鸡平均阶段增重(BWG)和平均阶段采食量(FI)均无显著影响(P>0.05),当小麦粉碎粒度为8和10mm时,肉鸡的料肉比显著高于其余处理(P<0.05)。小麦粉碎粒度对肉鸡养分利用率和AME均没有显著影响(P>0.05)。随着小麦粉碎粒度的增加,肉鸡21d肌胃指数显著增加,且呈显著的线性相关(P<0.05); 21d空肠绒毛高度、粘膜厚度和绒隐比显著增加(P<0.05);空肠杯状细胞光密度值显著增加(P<0.05),21d呈显著的二次曲线关系,42d呈显著的线性相关;21d时空肠黏膜claudin 1 mRNA表达量显著提高(P<0.05)。【结论】由此可见,在粉状饲粮中,小麦粉碎粒度增加,显著提高肉鸡料肉比;但可促进肌胃发育和空肠形态改善;增加空肠杯状细胞数量和空肠黏膜claudin1 mRNA的表达,综合考虑在肉鸡粉状饲粮中小麦通过6 mm筛片粉碎时较适宜。 关键词:小麦,粉碎粒度,肉鸡,生产性能,肠道健康

Abstract: 【Objective】The experiment was conducted to study the effects of wheat grain particle size on performance, digestive organ development and intestinal health of broilers in meal diets. 【Method】A total of three hundreds and eighty five 1-day-old AA male broilers were assigned to 5 groups with 7 replicates per group and 11 broilers per replicate. The 5 groups differed only in wheat grains particle size(2、4、6、8、10mm). The diet was wheat –soybean meal diet. The experiment lasted for 42 d, 1 to 21d and 22 to 42d. 【Result】The results showed: wheat grain particle size had no effect on BWG and FI, but broilers fed 8 and 10 mm grain particle size had significant higher the ratio of feed to gain(P<0.05) than those fed others particle size. Wheat grain particle size had no effect on nutrient utilization and AME(P>0.05). When the wheat grain particle size increased, gizzard index, villus height, mucosa muscular layer thickness, villus height / crypt depth, the OD of the jejunum goblet cell and the relative expression of claudin1 mRNA were significantly enhanced of broilers at 21d(P<0.05). Wheat grain particle size had linearly effect on gizzard index and quadratic effect on the OD of the jejunum goblet cell. 【Conclusion】In conclusion, the increase of wheat grain particle size significantly enhanced the ratio of feed to gain, but promoted the gizzard development and improved jejunum morphology, increased the OD of the jejunum goblet cell and the relative expression of claudin1 mRNA. The optimal wheat grain particle size was 6mm in meal diet.
