三种虾片在凡纳滨对虾育苗中的效果评价

Effect Evaluation of Three kinds of Shrimp Flake in the Larval Rearing of Litopenaeus vannamei

摘要: 【目的、方法】为比较三种商品虾片(A、B、C)在凡纳滨对虾中的育苗效果,设计实验培育对虾幼体至15日龄,以水质变化、生长指标、消化酶和免疫酶活力为考察指标进行育苗效果评价。【结果】实验期间各组水质良好,氨氮、亚硝酸盐含量均逐渐上升,pH逐渐下降。9日龄前各组幼体生长发育情况类似,至9日龄均发育至糠虾幼体第二期(M2期),体长范围3.38~3.52mm,之后C组幼体发育减缓且死亡加剧;至15日龄,A、B组幼体均发育至仔虾第五期(P5期),C组发育至仔虾第三、四期(P3~P4期),成活率A>B>C,A、B组平均体长、体质量显著高于C组(P<0.05)。A、B组幼体各消化酶活力明显高于C组;免疫酶中过氧化物酶活力大小依次为A>B>C。【结论】A虾片在凡纳滨对虾育苗中的效果最好,B虾片次之,C虾片育苗效果较差。

Abstract: 【Objective,Method】In order to compare the effect we designed test to rearing larvae of Litopenaeus vannamei with three kinds of goods shrimp flake (A, B, C) to 15 days of age, and took water quality change, growth index, digestive and immune enzyme activity as assessment index to evaluate the results. 【Results】Each group of water quality keeped well during the test, ammonia nitrogen and nitrite content were gradually rising, while pH were gradually decline. All groups of larvae growth and development were similar before 9 days and all developed M2 period at the same day, body length range was 3.38~3.52mm. Group C larvae developed slow and mortality increased soon afterwards and just developed to P3, P4 period at 15 days, compared with group A and B had developed to P5 period, the emergence rate was A > B > C. Average body length and weight of group A and B larvae were significantly higher than that of group C (P<0.05) at 15 days. The digestive enzymes activity of group A and B were obviously higher than that of group C and immune enzyme peroxidase activity in the size of A > B > C. 【Conclusion】A shrimp flake got the best effect in the larval rearing of Litopenaeus vannamei, B shrimp flake took the second, and C shrimp flake had the worst effect.
