镉处理下增施氮对杨树生长和光合特性的影响

Effects of cadmium stress by supplement nitrogen on growth and photosynthetic characteristic of poplar plants

摘要:

探讨植物对重金属镉的解毒机制,本实验分析了三种不同形式的镉(CdCl2、Cd(NO3)2、CdCl2+NH4HCO3)处理下欧美107杨扦插苗的生长和光合特性。结果表明,硝酸镉或氯化镉加碳酸氢铵处理促进杨树生长,叶绿素含量和光合速率显著高于对照。单独的氯化镉处理抑制杨树生长,杨树叶色黄化,叶绿素含量和光合速率降低。反映了镉处理下增施氮能明显提高叶绿素含量和光合速率,促进植株的生长,减少Cd对植株的毒害。推测氮在植物对重金属镉的解毒中起到关键作用。

Abstract:

In order to investigate the mechanism of plant detoxification against heavy metal, the effects of cadmium stress by adding nitrogen on growth and photosynthetic characteristic of poplar plants were identified, the results showed that addition of Cd(NO3)2 or CdCl2 by adding NH4HCO3 to the poplar culture soil stimulated the growth of poplar plants, increased the content of chlorophyll a (Chl a) and chlorophyll b (Chl b), as well as photosynthesis. However, the addition of CdCl2 to the soil inhibited the growth of poplar plants and led to a decrease in photosynthetic pigment content and photosynthesis. The results of our study suggested that the addition of cadmium to the soil together with nitrogen partially reversed the toxic effect of cadmium on poplar plants, and nitrogen may play an important physiological role in detoxifying plants from heavy metals.
