四川鼠尾草属植物的数量分类

Study on Numerical Taxonomy of the Genus Salvia in Sichuan

摘要:

通过野外资源调查与收集,结合标本资料,观察与测量了四川鼠尾草属264变种1变型共31个分类群的株高、叶片长、花序长、花萼长、叶片类型、花冠颜色等18个性状,并进行R型和Q型聚类分析。研究显示各形态特征在属中变异较大,结合R型聚类结果表明所考察的性状独立遗传,可作为分类的标准;Q型聚类将31个物种分为了4大类,与传统分类学中对该属植物的亚属分类结果基本相符,但S. kiaoemetiemsis f. pubescens的系统地位有待进一步论证;进一步分析了物种间的亲缘关系,为四川鼠尾草属植物的系统分类、亲缘关系鉴定及种质资源利用等提供依据。

Abstract:

18 morphological traits of the 31 taxa containing 26 species 4 varieties and 1 form on the genus Salvia in Sichuan province were observed and measured, such as the height of plants, the length of leaves, inflorescence and calyx, the type of leaves, the color of corollas and so on. And those traits were conducted by R-clusting and Q-clusting analysis. The result of R-clusting shows that 18 morphological traits are independent and could be taken as the standard for classification; the result of Q-clusting shows that the variations of morphological characteristics are obvious among the genus, and 31 taxa are gathered into 4 groups which are consistent with the traditional taxonomy on the genus. However, the system location of S. kiaoemetiemsis f. pubescens needs more new data to define. According to the results, the genetic relationships among these taxa are analysised which can give evidences for system classification,identification of genetic relationships and utilization of germplasm resources on Salvia in Sichuan.
